JBLR LS80 Chosen by EISA as European Speaker of the Year 2008-2009

JBERLIN – EISA (European Imaging and Sound Association) jury members, coming from 50 leading camera, home cinema, video, audio and car hi-fi magazines from 20 European countries, reviewed and tested new consumer electronics products and announced their winners, one of which was the JBL® LS80 floorstanding tower speaker, which was chosen as European Speaker of the Year 2008–2009 in the “Audio & Home Theater” category. The new JBL LS Series is a complete lineup of ultra high-end home theater and stereo models that utilize state-of-the-art engineering, technologies and materials to deliver extraordinary sound quality. The LS80 3-1/2-way, dual 8" (200mm) floorstanding loudspeaker features a compression driver mounted in a patented Bi-Radial® horn, which provides rich, full sound and a defined soundstage. In addition, the LS80 has an elegant, refined appearance, and is beautifully crafted, with real-wood ebony panels in a mahogany finish.
